Emergency Prayer Meeting on Sunday, July 14th
I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. - 1Timothy 2
The assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump has left my friends and family confused, cynical, worried, and angry.
As Christians we are called to make petition and intercede on behalf of all people, including those in authority, so there will be peace.
Please join me for this emergency prayer meeting so we can lay our feelings out to God and pray for our neighbors and leaders. Sign up below and I will send you the meeting link.

If you cannot make the meeting, but would like guidance in prayer, see these Justice Year articles:
Praying for our leaders to do justice, lamenting injustice, petitioning for protection, pouring out our anger, and praising God when justice is done, while not giving up praying for justice and avoiding self-righteousness.
